Laura was born in the small town of Glenwood, Georgia. She was raised to value honesty and integrity as she worked for her parents in their hometown business. She attended Brewton Parker college for two years acquiring an Associate of Science. After attending Georgia College in Milledgeville for one year she decided her dreams lay in a different direction.

After Grace’s passing, Laura discovered solace in the act of writing. By expressing her thoughts through written words, she was able to manage the intricate emotions and uncertainties surrounding life without Grace. Although her writings were candid and genuine and not originally intended for publication, Laura aspires that her journal entries may provide comfort to others who are navigating grief and loss.
